I came to SmartSites by way of google having just starting out with expanding my business to include internet advertising. I was skeptical having not the best experience with a local website designer. I can truly say my experience with this company has been nothing but beyond any expectations I could ever ask for. They are professional, caring and always responsive. My account manager, Connor, responds to every single inquiry immediately (even all my stupid questions) day or night, never tries to upsell me and genuinely cares about doing a job that produces great results. No matter the task, he goes above and beyond every single time and it is never a bother when I call. He is truly the best! The owners of the company lead by example and get involved as when Connor was away on a weekend,Alex was emailing me responding and even making ad buying changes late at night. I only wish every company I dealt with was half as amazing as SmartSites. They are the real deal.

We have used other marketing companies in the past and the last one before Smartsites made a ton of promised the completely failed to deliver on and charged us more than 3x more than we are paying now. Smartsites delivered from day 1!!! Always kept in communication and walked us through every step at start up. Connor has been an amazing person to work with from the beginning. Few tasks create anxiety among marketing directors more than working with new vendors. We struggle with balancing the “learning curve” we perceive all new vendors require with the need for immediate improvements and results. I’m very happy to say that working with Dylan circumvented all that stress and struggle! In the short time I’ve been working with him I’ve discovered that it was I who needed a learning curve, not him.
